Halifax Pride is now accepting Requests for Proposals for the 2026 Halifax Pride Festival.

Each year, the Halifax Pride Festival brings together thousands of people across Kjipuktuk/Halifax for an 11-day celebration of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, culture, and advocacy. As the festival continues to grow, we are seeking experienced, values-aligned partners to support the delivery of a high-quality, accessible, and community-driven event.

Current RFP Opportunities

Marketing and Graphic Design Services

Submission Deadline: Monday, January 19 at 5:00PM AST

Halifax Pride is seeking proposals from individuals or agencies to provide marketing and graphic design services in support of the 2026 Halifax Pride Festival. This work includes, but is not limited to, visual identity execution, promotional materials, digital assets, and campaign support across the festival timeline.

We are looking for partners who:

  • Have demonstrated experience in marketing and graphic design

  • Understand and respect 2SLGBTQIA+ communities

  • Can work collaboratively with staff and external partners

  • Are comfortable working within established brand guidelines while contributing creative solutions

  • Can meet deadlines in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

How to Submit a Proposal
