ACCESSIBILITY

Accessible Seating: The Rebecca Cohen Auditorium has a limited number of wheelchair friendly accessible seats.
ASL Interpretation: Guests requiring ASL interpretation will be able to purchase seating in a designated section for clear reviews of interpreters. We ask that guests not requiring ASL refrain from purchasing seats in this designated section.
Age Restrictions: This is an all ages event. While everyone is welcome, the content and length of the show may be better suited for guests aged 12 and up. Parental discretion is advised.

Mx Canada Pride

The Mx. Canada Pride title is a prestigious honor awarded to a standout performer who exemplifies excellence in drag, performance, and community leadership. Contestants competing in the Atlantic Pride Pageant vie for this national title, gaining an opportunity to represent Halifax Pride and the broader Atlantic Canadian 2SLGBTQIA+ community on a larger stage as Halifax gets ready to host Canada Pride 2027. The Mx. Canada Pride titleholder embodies inclusivity, advocacy, and pride, showcasing the diverse and powerful voices within our community.

Mx Canada Pride will win a spot on stage during the 2026 Halifax Pride Festival, as well as a spot during Canada Pride in 2027!
