Fees

Due to rising operating costs, we've had to increase the registration fees for participation in this year's Community Market. If this fee poses a financial barrier to your participation, please indicate this in your application form. We'll reach out upon acceptance to provide support. Financial constraints will not affect your eligibility or approval.

MARKET APPLICATIONS HAVE CLOSED FOR 2025

FOOD vendors

All food vendors must be fully licensed and operate from a self-contained unit. At this time, Halifax Pride is unable to accommodate unlicensed food operations.

We welcome applications from vendors offering diverse and dietary inclusive menu options that reflect the spirit of our festival and community.
